09:19 Ben Coleman, Associate Director at PJA discusses the creation of Oxfordshire's Strategic Active Travel Network (SATN) to link individual LCWIP's into a coherent county wide network, including the Oxford Greenways project that used the SATN to create seamless cycling and walking routes that connect nearby towns, villages, and future development sites with Oxford. It will also connect key spots like workplaces and cultural hubs, making it easier to get around Oxfordshire.
