In the last 15 years, we've barely moved forward. Politicians have focussed on what's acceptable, not what's effective, even though the evidence hasn't changed. He proposes better language for framing road safety discussions, a strategy for reducing road deaths, and Graduated Driving Licences for new drivers (among other things).
